The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), through its APO Liaison / International Relations Office is organizing a Knowledge Sharing Session of Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Grantees on 10 May 2013, Friday, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm at the Executive Lounge, 6th Floor, DAP Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The theme is: “Unraveling Business Excellence: Secrets & Best Practices in Service Quality”.
This half-day session will provide the participants the opportunity to learn and examine best practices of advanced SMEs in Japan on service quality and excellence.
Two (2) APO grantee resource speakers, namely, Mr. Mark C. Dulag, Proprietor/General Manager, K-yong Spirits Orchard & Winery, and Ms. Shirley H. Ng, Vice-President, The Expressions Company, will share their knowledge and learning gained from participation in two separate APO international trainings held in Japan and Malaysia. They will also introduce the concepts of Benchmarking, a useful tool to measure, improve and enhance an organization’s (or business’) performance in terms of service or product delivery.
A minimal fee of Php 300.00 will be charged per participant to cover the cost of certificate, PM snacks, venue and freebies (for lucky participants). An early bird rate of Php 200.00/pax is available for those who would register on or before 8 May 2013. For maximum learning experience, this session will be limited to 30 participants only.
