National Forum on Public-Sector Innovation & Productivity

In celebration of the Academy’s 40th Anniversary and the 16th cycle of the Philippine Quality Award (PQA), the Academy as the PQA Award Administrator for the public sector, in cooperation with the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) invites the public to the National Forum on Innovation, Productivity and Business Excellence for the Public Sector, to be held on NOvember 13, 2013, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm at the DAP Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

This forum is the sequel to the 1st National Conference on Business Excellence for the Public Sector held last year. The forum offers a unique opportunity to help ensure that the reform initiatives are geared towards achieving superior results in the public sector. It will also serve as a platform for dialogue with stakeholders to highlight new directions emerging from various reforms to foster inclusive growth and development.

Local and international experts and practitioners on Business Excellence are invited to share innovations and productivity efforts in promoting better governance. The forum will also feature the launching of the following: PQA Criteria Handbook for the public sector, Compendium of PQA Best Practices and a preview of the Government Quality Class (GQC).
