The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), the country’s National Productivity Organization (NPO), in cooperation with the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) cordially invites the public to the 1st International Conference on Productivity and Innovation on November 26 and 27, 2015 at the Novotel Manila (adjacent Araneta Coliseum, Araneta Center), Quezon City, Philippines.

With the theme “Achieving Excellence – Unlocking the Potential for Limitless Possibilities”, the Conference promotes a culture of excellence amongst public and private sector organizations, with a focus on Productivity and Innovation.  It also recognizes commendable practices of public sector organizations through the Philippines’ Government Best Practice Competition (GBPC) 2015.

The Inaugural Opening, to be graced by no less than His Excellency Benigno S. Aquino III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, and His Excellency Mari Amano, Secretary-General, APO, will highlight the Launching Ceremony on the designation of the Philippines as the APO Center of Excellence (COE) on Public Sector Productivity.

The Conference will feature the conduct of the 4th International Best Practice Competition (IBPC), an annual international competition organized by the Center for Organizational Excellence Research (COER), New Zealand, to encourage organizations worldwide to share best Operational and Managerial practices and initiatives.
