An E-Learning Course on Customer Satisfaction Management for the Service Sector will be jointly implemented by the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) and the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) from 25 to 28 July 2017 at the DAP Confucius Room, DAP Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines.
The course aims to provide an understanding of new concepts and strategies for customer service (CS) management for improving productivity in the service sector and will allow the participants to learn how to meet the needs of customers and share CS strategies and best practices for successful innovation in the service sector.
This E-learning Course is an enriching learning opportunity to interact and exchange ideas with other participants from Cambodia, Fiji, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia and Vietnam, virtually through the Video Conferencing platform of the Asian Productivity Organization. International resource speakers will deliver presentations from their home countries. These presentations will be interactive, involving exercises and case presentations, field visit, group discussion and country presentation while allowing participants to ask questions. Each country group will be moderated by a local coordinator. On the last day, a written examination will be conducted to test the participants’ learning from the course. Performance in the examination will be one of the criteria for selection of the participants for subsequent follow-up training course.
Recognizing the importance of this unique online training opportunity, the DAP invites the public to participate in this course. Course Fee is PhP 5,000.00 per participant inclusive of VAT, to cover the meals, training materials, course certificate, and transportation for company site visit.
